All staff very pleasant and helpful. There was 14 in our party and we all had a brilliant experience. Staff went above and beyond for us. We ate in the hotel both nights - food was excellent. we have booked again for next May - all looking forward to the return.

I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I arrived and for the duration of my stay.The location was perfect for visiting Derry and for the party I was attending. The breakfast and service was top drawer.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The only thing I would say is that the room was spacious and the bathroom was modern but the room itself could do with a little updating in the future.But its not 5 star its a value for money 3 star,comfortable and clean.

Beautiful clean rooms. Comfortable bed and room warm. Arrived late and left early so didn’t have a lot of interaction with staff but reception were very pleasant and helpful

The staff was excellent with anything needed. Kids had a ball and felt at home
